Roomrr is a roommate-matching platform that pairs you with compatible people based on personality and lifestyle — not just budget and location. Every member is identity-verified, so you know you're talking to a real person.
How does the matching work?
You complete a short compatibility quiz about your habits — sleep schedule, cleanliness, noise, guests and more. Our algorithm then suggests people whose lifestyle genuinely fits yours, each with a compatibility score.
How long does the quiz take?
About 10 minutes. There's no fluff — every question is designed to surface the things that actually cause (or prevent) roommate friction.
Is Roomrr free?
Yes. Roomrr is free during our beta. The first 1,000 members to join from the waitlist also receive premium features free for life.
Trust & safety
Are other users verified?
Yes. Every member is ID-checked before they can match, so there are no fake profiles, catfishes or surprises on move-in day.
Is my personal data safe?
We only use your data to improve your matches and never sell it. You can read exactly what we collect and why in our Privacy Policy.
How do you help me stay safe?
We verify identities and give you in-app messaging, so you never have to share personal contact details early. We always recommend meeting a potential roommate in a public place first and trusting your instincts.

What if I don't like a match?
No problem — you're never obligated. Pass on anyone who isn't right and keep browsing. You stay in control of who you connect with.
Can I find an apartment through Roomrr?
Yes. You can browse listings, find a place together with your match, or bring your own rental and find a compatible co-tenant.
Can homeowners list a property?
Absolutely. If you have a spare room, you can list it and get matched with a verified tenant who actually fits the household.
Which cities does Roomrr cover?
Roomrr is launching across India and expanding city by city. Join the waitlist to be notified when we go live in your area.

How do I join the waitlist?
Head to the home page and add your name and email to the waitlist form. We'll email you the moment early access opens.
How do I delete my account or data?
